企业孵化器知识服务创新的关键影响因素——基于扎根理论的一项探索性研究

摘　　要：知识服务创新对企业孵化器的竞争优势提升有重要影响,但是对于孵化器知识服务创新的影响因素问题目前还缺乏深入研究.本文通过深度访谈,应用扎根理论提炼了知识服务创新的影响因素,结果表明,知识运作能力、知识结网能力、知识服务需求和创新保障机制是扎根模型的4个主范畴.在此基础上,基于网络分析、访谈语句、关键事件等技术,以知识结网能力为例,分析了对应子范畴对知识服务创新的影响机理.Knowledge service innovation has an important effect on enhancing competitive advantage of business incuba-tor. However, which factors affect knowledge service innovation still remains open and virtually unexplored. Through depth interviews and grounded theory, it refines the critical influencial factors of knowledge service innovation. The results show that knowledge operating capability, knowledge networking capability, knowledge service demand and innovation protection mechanism are four fundamental categories of the factors. Based on network analysis, interview statement and key events, taking knowledge networking capability as an example, it analyzes the influencial mechanism of sub-categories on knowledge service innovation.
