银川市老年人群糖尿病患病现状及危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的研究银川市老年人群糖尿病流行现状及危险因素,为老年糖尿病的防治提供依据。方法采用整样随机抽样方法对宁夏银川市4个社区年龄≥60岁的898名居民进行研究。内容包括问卷调查(如一般情况、糖尿病及心脑血管疾病史及吸烟、饮酒等)和生化指标检测(血脂、血糖)。结果银川市老年居民糖尿病患病率为23.16%。586人血糖正常,占65.26%;糖耐量受损104人,占11.58%;体重指数、文化程度、婚姻状况、吸烟、饮酒、锻炼情况、高血压、高血脂等8个因素与糖尿病有关。结论银川市老年糖尿病患病率较高,肥胖、高血压、高血脂和不健康的行为生活方式是糖尿病的主要危险因素。OBJECTIVE To study the Prevalence Diabetes mellitus and its risk factors of aged people in Yinchuan, and pro vide the basis for the prevention and treatment of diabetes. METHODS Four communities were selected using stratified clustered random sampling, including 898 people being from 60 to 80 years old. The individual general state, diabetes and cardiovascular disease history, smoking and drinking were investigated by questionnaires and tested their biochemical parameters on 208 aged diabetic patients. One factor analysis and multivariate non-conditional Logistic regression analysis were used. RESULTS The prevalence rate of diabetes mellitus on aged people in Yinchuan was 23.16%, which the male＇s was 22.7%, and the female＇s was 23.5%. The prevalence rate of diabetes mellitus in male and female was not significant. There are 586 people whose blood glucose was normal, accounting for 65.26%; 104 people with impaired glucose tolerance, accounting for 11.58%; the Risk factors of diabetes were body mass index, education level, marital status, smoking, alcohol consumption, exercise condition, hypertension and hyperlipidemia. CONCLUSION The prevalence rate of diabetes mellitus on aged people in Yinchuan is high. Obesity, hypertension, high cholesterol and unhealthy lifestyle and behaviors are major risk factors for diabetes.
