摘 要:目的探讨分阶段健康教育路径在妇科肿瘤手术患者中的应用效果。方法将210例妇科肿瘤手术患者随机分为观察组105例和对照组105例。观察组采用制定的分阶段健康教育路径,对妇科肿瘤手术患者进行相关健康教育,对照组采用传统的健康教育方法。比较两组患者对护理的依存性、患者满意度及术后并发症的发生率。结果观察组较对照组对护理的依存性高,患者满意度高,术后并发症发生率低,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论分阶段健康教育路径明确了妇科肿瘤手术患者住院期间各个阶段的治疗和护理目标,提高妇科肿瘤手术患者护理依存性,提高患者满意度,降低术后并发症发生率。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of stage health education for gynecological tumor patients. METHODS 210 gy necological tumor patients were divided into the experiment group and the control group, with 105 cases in the experiment group and 105 eases in the control group, respectively. Traditional education method was adopted in the control group, while stage wise education model was adopted in the experiment group, including the prenatal cognitive behavioral eare in labor knowledge and delivery, the postpartum self-care guide in behavior and concept, the explanation in newbem knowledge on feeding and the cognitive behavior therapy of postnatal complications when discharged from hospital. RESULTS After the implementation of stage wise health education, the satisfaction of patients was high, and the complication was low in the observation group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION Stage-wise health education has determined the treatment and nursing purpose for gynecological tumor patients, and could improve the compliance and satisfaction of pa tients as well as decrease the incidence of complication after surgery.
