摘  要:目的探寻医学毕业生就业违约的影响因素,提出减少违约发生以及降低违约危害的措施。方法通过描述性研究、卡方检验和Logistic回归分析等方法探寻医学毕业生就业违约的影响因素。结果专业与录用岗位的匹配程度及是否有录用单位的实习经历是医学毕业生就业违约的影响因素。结论可通过增进毕业生与用人单位的相互了解、引导毕业生选择相关专业就业以及在招聘过程中洞察求职者就业意向、预留备选人等措施减少违约的发生,降低违约带来的损失。Objective To explore influencing factors of medical graduates' employment breach, so as to put forward corresponding countermeasures. Methods Descriptive study, Chi-square test, Logistic regression were used to explore the influencing factors of employment breach. Results Match degree of major and employment post, and whether having internship experience of employer are the influencing factors of medical graduates' employment breach. Conclusion Measures, such as promoting mutual understanding between graduates and employers, guiding graduates choosing employment in related major and insight into employment intention, and reserving alternative candidates at interviews, etc, can be taken to reduce the incidence of employment breach and to lower the loss of employers.
