摘　　要：本文通过对我国西部地区高校教育信息化中网络教学平台现状的调研,分析了西部高校网络教学平台开发应用中存在的问题,结合网络教学平台的特点提出了西部地区高校网络教学平台的总体构想,以及充分利用网络教学平台的途径和方法。Through the research of college network platform in western area, problems are revealed in using this technology. By analysing these problems, this paper depict the overall picture of the network teaching system in western colleges, and proposed ways make full use of network teaching platform.
