日本研究型大学提升跨学科科研生产力的实践创新——以东京大学GSFS为例

摘　　要：日本研究型大学已将积极推进跨学科研究作为充分实现其自身发展和促进社会繁荣的自觉行为。本文以东京大学GSFS为分析单元,剖析其如何有效促进跨学科研究,揭示其在提升跨学科科研生产力的过程中发挥积极作用的成功做法,以期为我国高校推动跨学科研究的发展与提升跨学科科研生产力提供可鉴之处。In order to fully achieve their own development and social prosperity,research universities in Japan have kept promoting interdisciplinary research as a conscientious behavior.Based on the analysis of GSFS in the University of Tokyo,the paper analyzes the method of promoting effectively interdisciplinary research,and reveals the successful practices of GSFS in the process of enhancing interdisciplinary research productivity aiming to provide the reference for developing interdisciplinary research and improving interdisciplinary research productivity in Chinese colleges and universities.
