摘　　要：图书馆"三防"指的是:防水、防火、防盗,本文以图书馆"三防"为基础,利用UML技术和方法,对"三防"监控系统进行了分析和设计,并给出了该系统的具体实现路径,以期为图书馆内部管理工作提供理论支持,从而指导实践工作。Library ＂three defenses＂ refers to： waterproof, fireproof, theft-proof. Based on library ＂three defenses ＂ , and using UML technology and method, this paper analyses and designs the system, and gives the concrete realization path of the system, in the hope of providing a theoretical support to guide the practice.
