藏药翁布的酚性成分研究

摘　　要：从藏药翁布(Myricaria germanica)的60%丙酮提取物中进行了进一步研究,从中共分离得到了11个化合物。利用光谱和波谱分析法,分别鉴定为阿魏酸(1),松柏醇(2),阿魏酸葡糖苷(3),异落叶松脂醇(4),咖啡酸(5),对羟基桂皮酸(6),没食子酸(7),3,5-二羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲酸(8),杜鹃醇(9),3-甲氧基-4-羟基-苯甲酸(10)和3,4,5-三羟基肉桂酸(11)。化合物1～11均为首次从该植物中分得,其中1～6和8～11为首次从水柏枝属植物中分离得到。Eleven compounds were isolated from the 60% aq.acetone extract of the air-dried twigs of Myricaria germanica（Tamaricaceae）,and their structures were identified as ferulic acid（1）,coniferol（2）,feruloyl glucose（3）,isolariciresinol（4）,caffeic acid（5）,p-hydroxycinnamic acid（6）,gallic acid（7）,3,5-dihydroxy-4-methoxybenzoic acid（8）,rhododendrol（9）,3-methoxy-4-hydroxybenzoic acid（10）and 3,4,5-trihydroxycinnanic acid（11） on the basis of spectroscopic analysis.All compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time,and 1-6 and 8-11 were obtained from genus Myricaria for the first time.
