超微肝胃百合汤对胃溃疡患者表皮生长因子及白介素-10的影响

摘　　要：目的观察超微肝胃百合汤对胃溃疡肝胃气滞证患者血清中表皮生长因子(epidermal growth factor,EGF)、白介素-10(IL-10)含量的影响。方法将98例患者随机分成超微肝胃百合汤组(超微组)33例、传统肝胃百合汤组(传统组)31例、西药胃三联组(西药组)34例,分别采用超微肝胃百合汤、传统肝胃百合汤、奥美拉唑+甲硝唑+阿莫西林或克拉霉素治疗。观察患者疾病疗效、胃镜疗效和血清中EGF、IL-10含量的变化。结果 3组疾病疗效和胃镜疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组患者治疗后EGF、IL-10含量均升高(P<0.05),但组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论超微肝胃百合汤治疗胃溃疡肝胃气滞证疗效确切,其作用机制可能是通过促进EGF的表达保护胃黏膜,同时上调IL-10水平抑制炎性细胞因子产生,从而起到抗炎症反应的作用。Objective To observe the effects of ultrafine Ganwei Baihe Decoction on epidermal growth factor （EGF） and interleukin-10 （IL-10） in patients with chronic gastric ulcer. Methods 98 chronic gastric ulcer patients with TCM syndrome of qi stagnation of liver and stomach were randomly divided into 3 groups： 33 cases in ultrafine Ganwei Baihe Decoction group （ultrafine group） treated with ultra_fine Ganwei Baihe Decoction, 31 cases in traditional Ganwei Baihe Decoction group （traditional group） treated with traditional Ganwei Baihe Decoction, 34 cases in Western Medicine group treated with prilosec, metronidazole, and amoxicillin or clarithromycin. Symptom curative effect, gastroscopie curative effect and serum EGF, IL-10 content were observed before and after treatment. Results Symptom curative effect and gastroscopic curative effect in 3 groups had no statistic differences （P〉0.05）; EGF and IL-10 contents in 3 groups increased after treatment （P〈0.05）, and there were no significant differences among 3 groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Ultrafine Ganwei Baihe Decoction is effective in treating gastric ulcer with syndrome of qi stagnation of liver and stomach. Its mechanism may be to promote the expression of EGF to orotect gastric mucosa, and to raise IL-10 level to inhibit producing the inflammatory cytokine, and therefore to achieve the effect of anti-inflammation.
