摘　　要：本文对四川省基层医疗卫生信息化建设中村卫生室管理信息系统和基层医疗卫生机构管理信息系统两个建设项目进行了介绍,提出了基层医疗卫生信息化建设的良好愿景,在规划、设计和实施项目过程中遇到了许多困难和问题,作者对这些问题进行了深入解剖和分析,提出了解决办法或建议,供其他省在实施基层医疗卫生机构信息化建设中参考。An introduction to two projects on the management information systems, i.e. the villiage medical facility and the basic medical and healthcare facilities, that are being carried in Sichuan Province, is made and the future plan is proposed. This paper addresses the questions and challenges brought up in the planning, designing and execution of above basic medical and healthcare information systems, and recommends the solutions to above problems, which can also be used as references for the same development programs in other provinces.
