摘　　要：社会主义核心价值体系提出的目的是什么、四方面内容如何为这个目的服务,这是研究社会主义核心价值体系须首先加以关注的问题。提出社会主义核心价值体系的目的是为了实现中华民族伟大复兴,为了实现这个目的,四个方面内容各自担负起主题、指导思想、精神动力和理想人格作用。其内在逻辑关系有如三足拱立的大鼎,指导思想、精神动力、理想人格各居一足,拱起共同理想这个大鼎。What is the purpose of formulating the socialist core value system？ How do the four aspects of content serve this purpose？ They are questions that must be answered in studying the socialist core value system. The purpose of formulating the socialist core value system is to realize the great revival of the Chinese nation ; and for this purpose, the four aspects of content plays the roles of theme, guideline, spiritual drive and ideal personality respectively. Their intrinsic logic relations is like the three legs of a tripod ： the guideline, the spiritual drive and the ideal personality are three legs supporting the tripod of the common ideal.
