摘　　要：综述了阻燃树脂基覆铜板中树脂、固化剂和阻燃剂各自的阻燃机理、研究应用现状和发展趋势,分析了各种树脂、固化剂和阻燃剂的优缺点,阐述了发展环境友好型阻燃树脂和以及纳米材料阻燃剂将作为今后阻燃型树脂基覆铜板的重要方向。The paper reviewed the research progress on flame retardant copper clad laminate based on polymeric resin matrix.It described the flame retardant mechanism,advance and tends of development on research and application of polymeric resin matrix,curing agent and flame retardant agent.It also analyzed their advantages and disadvantages.The paper pointed out the environment protection direction of flame retardant polymeric resin matrix and nano-composite flame retardant agent in copper clad laminate.
