摘　　要：目的:探讨肝细胞癌中Maspin的表达及其与Caspase-3的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法分别检测50例肝癌组织及癌旁肝组织中Maspin及Caspase-3的表达。结果:肝癌组织中Maspin的阳性率28%(14/50)、Caspase-3的阳性率36%(18/50),均低于相应癌旁肝组织,分别为66%(33/50)和76%(38/50),两者呈正相关关系(r=0.553,P<0.01)。结论:Maspin可能通过调节细胞凋亡蛋白酶的活性来抑制肝细胞癌的发生发展、侵袭转移。Objective：To analyze the expression of Maspin protein in HCC and its relationship with the tumor pathological characteristics,and to study its association with Caspase-3. And purpose to explore the relation- ship of Maspin and the biological behavior of HCC and to explore its action and relevant mechanisms in tumorigenesis and progression of HCC. Methods：g0 liver tumors and paraneoplastic liver tissues were obtained from hepatocellular carcinoma patients after hepatectomy. The expression levels of Maspin and Caspase-3 were detected by immunohis- toehemistry. Results ：The positive rate of Maspin in HCC tissues 28 % （14/50）and positive rate of Caspas-3 in HCC tissues 36%（18/50）were lower than the expression in paraneoplastie liver tissues, 66% （33/50）and76%（38/50）. The expression of Maspin was positively correlated with the expression of Caspase-3 （r= 0. 553, P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： Maspin can suppress the tumorigenesis progression and invasion metastasis of HCC probably through adjusting the action of caspase.
