摘 要:土地利用与生态环境两者互为因果关系,且相互影响。在构建土地利用与生态环境协调发展评价的指标体系基础上,建立了土地利用与生态环境协调度评价模型,利用新疆兵团2001—2011年统计数据对其土地利用与生态环境协调发展度进行测度。结果表明:兵团在此期间土地利用与生态环境以中级协调发展类型为主,总体经历了勉强协调发展类土地利用滞后型到初级协调发展类生态环境滞后型,随后为中级协调发展类生态环境滞后型,到最后的良好协调发展类生态环境滞后型的演化过程;土地利用与生态环境的动态协调度整体呈现出上升的态势;最后对土地利用提出了针对性建议。There is a relationship of mutual restraint and influence between land-use and eco-environment. On the basis of the evaluation index system of coordinated development between land-use and eco-environment, a model is built of evaluating coordination between land-use and eco-environment, which has measured the coordination of Xinjiang Corps based on the statistical data from 2001 to 2011. The results show that land-use and eco-environment in that period mainly took on the form of middle coordinated development, evolving from the type of barely coordinated development to that of elementary coordination, and then to the type of middle coordinated development, followed by that of well-coordinated development. The overall dynamic coordination between land-use and eco-environment has been on the rise. The paper ends with relevant suggestions for improving land-use.
