三维适形放疗对晚期胰腺癌患者的止痛效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察三维适形放疗对晚期胰腺癌的止痛作用和近期疗效。方法对晚期胰腺癌患者35例给予三维适形放疗治疗。观察其止痛效果及近期疗效。结果放疗后疼痛完全缓解12例(34.3%),部分缓解17例(48.6%),轻微有效3例(8.6%),无效3例(8.6%),止痛总有效率为91.4%。治疗后1～3个月复查CT显示病变明显缩小。1年和2年生存率分别为62.9%和20.0%。结论三维适形放疗由于定位精确,病变可获得分布均匀的较高照射剂量,特别是对于有疼痛的晚期胰腺癌患者,可起到较好的止痛效果。Objective To observe the analgesic effect and short-term therapeutic efficacy of three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy in late cancer of pancreas. Methods 35 cases patients with advanced pancreatic cancer were given three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy. Observed the analgesic effect and the short-term effect. Results After radiotherapy, the pain complete relief in 12 cases（34.3% ） ,partial response in 17 cases（48.6% ） ,marginally effective in 3 cases（ 8.6% ） , invalid in 3 cases（8.6% ） ,the total effective rate was 91.4%. CT showed lesions was significantly reduced 1- 3 months after treatment. 1-year and 2-year survival rates were 62.9% and 20.0%. Conclusion Three-dimensional eonformal radiotherapy with precise localization can be used to enhance dose of local radiation. For late cancer of pancreas,it can get a good alleviate pain effect.
