摘  要:为了提高水平井固井质量,需要对水平井水泥石进行科学而准确的评价,从而为有效改善水平井水泥浆性能提供更加可靠的理论依据。通过模拟水平井实际环境条件,对水平井固井常用的两种水泥浆体系进行了性能测试评价,得出其常规性能(析水、流动度、稠化时间等)虽满足固井施工要求,但水平段水泥环的水泥石力学性能表现出整体非均匀性的认识:水泥石胶结强度及弹性模量上部分较下部分小;水泥石泊松比上部分较下部分大,下部分水泥石的弹塑性形变能力较上部分弱;扫描电镜清楚观察到水平段水泥环的上部分疏松多孔,针状物质为纤维,下部分致密、严实。该实验成果为有效解决水平井固井质量问题提供了科学依据。Scientific and accurate assessment is required to evaluate the cement stone for horizontal wells,thus to improve well cementing quality and provide a more reliable theoretical basis for effectively improving the slurry performance.In this paper,the practical environmental setting of a horizontal well was simulated to perform a performance test & assessment for two common types of slurry systems adopted for horizontal well cementing.Although the conventional properties(e.g.,bleeding,fluidity and thickening time) of the slurry systems turned out to be compliant with the well cementing requirements,the mechanical properties of the cement stone which made up the cement sheath of the horizontal well exhibited an integral non-homogeneity.The upper part of the cement stone was tested to have a lower cementing strength and elasticity modulus than the lower part,the Poisson's ratio of the upper part of the cement stone was tested to be higher than that of the lower part,and the elastic-plastic deformation capability of the upper part of the cement stone was greater than that of the lower part.Under the SEM(scanning electron microscope),it was clearly observable that the upper part of the cement sheath had a loose and porous structure intermingled with acicular fibrous substances,and that the lower part had a tight structure.The research findings provide a scientific basis for finding an effective solution to horizontal well cementing.
