颌内牵引钛钉在治疗上颌骨矢状骨折中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨牵引钉在上颌骨矢状骨折治疗中的效果。方法采用牵引钉行颌内、颌间弹性牵引并与其他方法联合使用治疗15例上颌骨矢状骨折患者,对手术效果进行分析。结果回访3～6个月,15例患者术后咬合关系恢复良好,伤口Ⅰ期愈合。结论牵引钉的颌内、颌间牵引是恢复上颌骨牙弓宽度并增加其稳定性的有效手段,能减少手术创伤,与其他方法联合使用是治疗上颌骨矢状骨折的可靠方法。【Objective】 To evaluate the efficiency of miniscrew in the treatment of sagittal fractures of maxilla.【Methods】 15 cases of sagittal maxillary fractures were analyzed retrospectively.Miniscrew,including palatal interosseous traction and intermaxillary elastic traction,combined other methods were applied in all cases.【Results】 A follow-up 3～6 months,showed occlusion of all cases were restored to normal.All the incision healed with first intention.【Conclusion】 With a minimally invasive,miniscrew of palatal interosseous traction and intermaxillary traction is an effective method in sagittal maxillary fractures management by reducing of facial width and enhancing stability.Combination of miniscrew and other methods are effective treatment of sagittal maxillary fractures.
