摘 要:在用调查问卷和访谈比较了CET4翻译和单句汉译英的测试功能后,本研究发现这两种题型的测试功能极其相似。在用有声思维制定了一个较为客观的单句汉译英评分量表的基础上,本文比较了CET4翻译和单句汉译英这两种题型对受试翻译成绩的影响。本文选取了山西农业大学经贸学院2008级100名学生参加了这两种题型的测试,收回有效试卷60份。并邀请了6名评分员对这两次测试结果进行评分。评分结果表明,受试在单句汉译英中的得分要显著高于CET4翻译中的得分,即受试在单句汉译英中的表现要优于在CET4翻译中的表现。其原因可能在于:一,两者的测试功能只是相似,还略微有些差异;二,两者评分量表存在差异。After comparing the test function between CET4 translation format and single sentence C-E translation format by using questionnaire and interview, it is found that the test functions of these two formats are is rather similar. Hence, the effect of these two formats on translation performance is studied in this paper, based on a relatively objec- tive rating scale for single sentence C-E translation designed by think-aloud protocol. 100 sophomores were selected at random from College of Economics and Trade in Shanxi Agricultural University for this test, and 60 effective papers were collected. Then 6 raters were invited to rate these papers. The results show that the scores in single sentence C-E translation are significantly higher than those in CET4 translation format, which results from the slight difference of these two formats though they are very similar, and from the difference of the two rating scales.
