可溶性止血纱布在肛肠病术后的应用

摘　　要：为评估可溶性止血纱布在肛肠病术后的应用价值，选择肛肠病术后应用可溶性止血纱布换药的患者330例为观察组，同期肛肠病术后应用无菌盐水纱条蘸马应龙麝香痔疮膏（或云南白药）敷于手术创面的患者210例为对照组。观察并比较两组患者创口出血、水肿、疼痛、肉芽组织生长及平均愈合天数等指标。结果显示，术后观察组创口出血、水肿、疼痛发生率较对照组明显降低，观察组术后正常肉芽组织生长率较对照组明显增高，观察组术后？平均愈合天数较对照组明显缩短，两组差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01，P〈0．05）。结果表明，肛肠病术后应用可溶性止血纱布换药能明显减少术后创口出血、水肿、疼痛，促进正常肉芽组织的生长，缩短创面的愈合时间。This paper was to evaluate the clinical application value of soluble hemostatic gauze at postoper- ation of anorectal diseases. The 330 surgical patients who had chosen to use soluble hemostatic gauze were selected as the observation group,while 210 cases who had chosen sterile saline gauze strip plus Mayain- glong Shexiang ointment（or Yunnan Baiyao powder） to manage surgical wounds during the same period as the control group. Both groups were observed and compared for indicators such as wound bleeding, edema and pain, growth of granulation tissue, and the average wound healing time. The results showed that the in- cidence of postoperative wound bleeding, edema and pain was lower significantly in the observation group. The growth rate of normal granulation tissue increased obviously in the observation group than that in the control group;the observation group had a significantly shorter average wound healing time than the con- trol group,and significant differences were found（ P d0.01, P d0.05）. It is concluded that postoperative application of soluble hemostatic gauze can obviously relieve wound bleeding, edema and pain,improve the normal growth of granulation tissue,and shorten wound healing time.
