摘  要:为研究以当归、黄芪等多味中药组成的"复方归芪散"对奶牛产奶量和乳品质的影响,选择30头胎次、泌乳期、产奶量基本相近的荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为对照组(饲喂基础日粮),试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(分别在基础日粮的基础上添加不同配方的中药添加剂,每天每头添加150g)。试验结果显示,试验Ⅰ组在第15天和30天的产奶量与对照组相比,每天每头奶牛多产3.46kg、3.8kg,差异显著(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组在第15和30天的产奶量与对照组相比,每天每头奶牛多产3.72kg、4.25kg,差异显著(P<0.05),而试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组产奶量相比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验组牛奶的乳蛋白、乳脂率、乳糖与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。提示复方归芪散能增加奶牛的产奶量,同时不影响牛奶的品质。To study the effect of chinese herbal additives on milk yield and quality, we chose Chinese medincine Angelica, Mongolian Milkvetch Root and so on to compose the "Guiqi Compound". The 30 Holstein cows which are basically similar in parities, lactating periods , milk production, were selected and divided randomly into the control group and the experimental group. The cows in control group were added to basal diet, and in experimental group were added to different formulations of Chinese herbal medicine additives and each cows was fed wih 150 g each day. The results showed that the milk yield of each cows in ceased 3.46 kg and 3.8 kg every day in the 15 d and 30d in the experimental group I compared with the control group, the milk yield of each cows in the group II inceased 3.79, kg and 4.25 kg every day, the differences between control group and experimental groups were significant (P〈0.05) , the difference between group I and group II was no significant (P〉0.05). The protein, fat, lactose and acidity in milk were no significant between experiment groups and control group (P〉0.05). It indicated that the "Guiqi compound" can increase milk yield, and does not affect the quality of the milk.
