摘　　要：目的本研究考察了河豚毒素对20种不同组织人源肿瘤细胞株的体外抑瘤活性,以考察其对肿瘤细胞株的增殖影响。方法以经典细胞毒类药物顺铂作阳性对照,采用MTS法测定河豚毒素对肿瘤细胞增殖抑制作用。结果河豚毒素对MCF-7和PC-3等细胞株的增殖有较弱的抑制作用。结论河豚毒素可影响肿瘤细胞的增殖过程,电压门控钠离子通道可能与肿瘤细胞增殖有关。Objective This study evaluated the anti-tumor effect of tetrodotoxin on twenty different types of human tumor cell lines in vitro.Methods The inhibition of tumor cell proliferation was determined by MTS assay,using the classic cytotoxic drug cisplatin as the positive control.Results The inhibitory effect of tetrodotoxin was shown on the MCF-7 and PC-3 cell lines,but not strong.Conlcusion Tetrodotoxin has cytotoxicity on tumor cell lines,but not significant.Voltage-gated sodium channels might be implicated in the proliferation of cancer.
