摘 要:针对回转窑煅烧温度接触式测温方式中由于窑体转动引起的测量值的波动问题,提出采用基于经验模态分解的滤波算法来解决。利用固有模态函数的窄带性和频率递减性分别设计了离线和在线滤波算法。对仿真数据和锌钡白回转窑实际数据的处理结果表明,该滤波算法不但可以有效滤除窑体转动带来的干扰,而且可适应窑体转速在既定范围内变化的情况。Contrapose to the measurement fluctuation of calcination temperature in a rotary kiln due to kiln body rotation with contact thermal measurement, an empirical mode decomposition based filtering method was proposed. Both off-line and on-line filtering algorithms were developed based on narrowband and [requency decrement attributes of intrinsic mode functions. The method was applied to simulated data and real data from a lithopone kiln process respectively. The result showed it was not only able to eliminate the disturbance caused by the kiln rotation, but also is suitable for rotary speed varying in certain range.
