摘　　要：20世纪80年代初,"非智力因素"教育概念进入我国,引起我国教育学与心理学界的广泛关注和高度重视。在对非智力因素的提出及意义、大学生非智力因素教育的现状及成因探究的基础上,提出开发和培养大学生非智力因素的主要途径。At the beginning of 1980s, the thought of non -intelligent education was brought into China, which aroused wide and high attention of. pedagogy and psychological work of our country. This paper proposes major ways to develop and cultivate non - intelligence factors of college students based on application and significance of non - intelligent factors, present status and genesis of non - intelligent factors education of college students.
