摘　　要：为促进教师教学能力发展,应积极转变思想认识,形成现代化教育理念,强化教师培养和激励,开展观摩课和教学大赛活动,引导和支持教师教学能力不断提升,建立教师教学发展中心,开展"校本培训",引导教师自主发展。In order to promote the teaching ability development, we should change ideas, form modem education idea, strengthen teachers＇ training and incentives, carry out activities of learning the lesson and teaching competition, guide and support the teachers＇ teaching ability, establish teacher education development center, carry out the ＂school -based training＂, and guide teachers＇ autonomous development.
