摘　　要：研究生培养模式改革工作对于调整优化研究生教育类型结构,进一步完善研究生教育培养体系具有重要意义。对于农科院校畜牧学专业学位研究生培养模式改革,本文提倡实行"双导师三段制"培养模式,从强化导师的职能、优化学生阶段性的学习任务入手,注重学生实践能力的培养。The reform of training model for postgraduate students plays a significant role in adjusting and optimizing postgraduate education form structure and thereafter perfecting postgraduate education system. For professional degree postgraduate students of animal science in agricultural colleges, this article proposes the model of double supervisors and three periods training, which strengthens supervisor＇ s duties, optimizes student＇s task and pays attention to student＇s practical skills＇ training.
