摘 要:丙烯酸树脂Paraloid B72是广泛用于文物保护的一种聚合物材料。采用Paraloid B72作为脆弱丝织品的加固剂,通过正交试验优化加固工艺中的2个主要因素:加固剂Paraloid B72的质量浓度为7.50 g/L,浸渍时间为20 min。将此优化工艺条件应用于清代丝绸文物样品的加固保护,并对加固后样品的纤维形态、结构以及物理性能进行观察和测试。结果表明,经Paraloid B72加固的丝绸文物,其丝纤维表面不均一地附着的颗粒状Paraloid B72将丝纤维固着在一起,从而使加固样品的断裂强力和断裂伸长率明显提高(分别提高了73.95%、1.47个百分点),且对硬挺度影响很小(仅增加1.85%),此外,加固样品的质地也未发生改变,耐热性能还略有提高。综合各项测试结果认为:进一步改善Paraloid B72对加固丝绸文物的色差的影响后,可应用于脆弱丝绸文物的加固保护。Acrylic resin Paraloid B72 is a polymer material wildly used in protection of cultural relics. The present study attempted to consolidate fragile silk relics using Paraloid B72. Through orthogonal tests, two major techno- logical factors were optimized as follows. 7.50 g/L mass concentration of consolidant Paraloid B72 and 20 min soak time. This optimized technological condition was used to consolidate and protect silk relics of the Qing Dynas- ty and the fiber morphology, structure and physical property of consolidated sample were observed and deter- mined. The results showed that, after consolidation with Paraloid B72, fibers were consolidated together by une- venly attached Paraloid B72 particles on surface of the fibers. Breaking strength and elongation rate at breakage of the consolidated silk relics were enhanced obviously (increased by 73.95% and 1.47 percentage points respective- ly) while very little change occurred to stiffness of the consolidated silk relics (only increased by 1.85% ). In addition, texture of the consolidated sample was not changed and its heat resistance was increased slightly. These results suggest that Paraloid B72 could be used to consolidate and protect fragile silk relics after eliminating its influence on color difference in consolidated silk relics.
