摘　　要：高校学生管理制度的完善是我国高等教育改革中面临的一个重要课题,从高校学生管理制度的权力机制探究其完善的对策是一项重要策略。高校学生管理制度的权力来源于多重主体,有国家机器、社会体系、高校法人、行政与学术,学生更是权力主体的重要组成部分。正视高校学生管理制度缺失的现状,准确衡量其各项权力来源的权重,对进一步完善我国高校学生管理制度,将起到重要的促进作用。The perfection of students affairs management system in China＇s tertiary institutions is an herculean task in the education reform program and the seeking of counter-measures for its perfection from power source mechanism is an important strategy.The power of student affair management comes from multiple sources including state government,social system,university corporate body,administration as well as academics and the student body,of course,makes up the essential part of the power entity.Facing the reality of the drawback in our students affair management system and accurately weighing the various power sources,we can do a better job in improving the undergraduate affair management system.
