游仆虫皮层细胞骨架立体结构的研究

摘　　要：游仆虫整个皮层细胞骨架由纤维篮组成 ,其中 ,口皮层骨架包括口围带小膜托架及其上方附着纤维和下方的深部纤维 ,以及波动膜托架 ;腹皮层骨架包括表膜下纵纤维层及其上方纤维网 ,棘毛基部纤维及其向周围伸展的放射纤维 ,以及下方的深部纤维层 ;背皮层骨架包括表膜下纵纤维层及其上方的纤维网 ;口皮层骨架和有腹皮层骨架之间的纤维结构发生过渡状态的交互式联系 ;此外 ,作者在此基础上 ,并根据现有的资料 ,总结了游仆虫整个皮层细胞骨架的结构组成。The cortical cytoskeleton of the whole cell is c om posed of a fiber basket in Euplotes sp. The oral cortical cytoskeleton (OCS) i s composed of adoral zone of membranelle brackets and the fibers over and beneat h the bracket, undulating membrane bracket. The ventral cortical cytoskeleton (V CS) is composed of the longitudinfibers under the subpelliclar layer and the fib er net over the pellicle, the cirral-base-associated fibers and their radialing fibers extending ground, and the deep fibers layer. The dorsal cortical skeleton (DCS) is composed of the longitudinal fibers under the subpelliclar layer and t he fiber net over the pellicle. The fiber structure between OCS and VCS contact each other transitionally. Additionally, on the basis of above observations and the information on hand, the author summarized the structural components of the cortical cytoskeleton in Euplotes sp.
