论内在正义、外在正义及正义自省在当今社会的缺失

摘　　要：一个正义的社会必然包括内在正义、外在正义及正义自省,三者不可或缺其一。外在正义要求外在环境和机会公平地对待每一个体;内在正义要求考虑个体的原初条件并对弱势群体给予补偿;正义自省是较高层次,是社会及个人对正义自知、自明所形成的自觉程度。内在正义、外在正义及正义自省在当今我国社会中都存在不同程度的缺失。A justice society must include internal justice,external justice and self-examination of justice,among which no one can be lost.External justice requires the external environment and opportunity to treat each individual fairly;internal justice needs to consider the primary conditions of the individual and compensating the vulnerable group,while the self-examination,as a higher level,will look at the extent to the self-awareness of the society and an individual about justice and self-realization.On the whole m there is a loss of internal justice,external justice and self-examination in our modern society to a different degree.
