摘 要:对经木聚糖酶处理和未处理麦秸纤维制成的纤维板的尺寸稳定性进行了研究。在不同温度(20、30、40℃)和不同相对湿度(10%、30%、50%、70%、90%)条件下,研究了木聚糖酶处理对麦秸纤维板的长度方向、宽度方向和厚度方向上尺寸增长率的影响。结果表明:在相同环境温度和相对湿度条件下,酶处理麦秸纤维板在3个方向上的尺寸稳定性均优于未处理麦秸纤维板,其中酶处理的麦秸纤维板的长度增长率在0.032%~0.355%、未处理麦秸纤维板的长度增长率在0.097%~0.422%;酶处理的麦秸纤维板的宽度增长率在0.033%~0.331%、未处理麦秸纤维板的宽度增长率在0.066%~0.400%;酶处理的麦秸纤维板的厚度增长率在2.962%~21.513%、未处理麦秸纤维板的厚度增长率在3.936%~23.058%。温度和湿度对麦秸纤维板的尺寸稳定性有较大影响,在一定的温湿度范围内,温度愈高,湿度愈大,尺寸稳定性越差。An experiment was conducted to study the dimensional stability of wheat-straw fiberboards made from xylanase-treated and untreated wheat-straws, respectively. The effects of xylanase treatment on dimension increasing rate in the length, width and thickness directions of these fiberboards were measured at different temperatures ( 20, 30, 40 ℃ ) and relative humidities ( 10%, 30%, 50%, 70%, 90% ). Results show that the dimensional stability in the three directions for the xylanase-treated beard is better than that for the controlled samples. The length changes of xylanase-treated and untreated wheat-straw iiberboard are 0. 032% -0.355% and 0. 097% -0.422%, the width changes are 0.033% -0.331% and 0.066% - 0.400%, and the thickness changes are 2.962% -21. 513% and 3. 936% -23. 058%, respectively. Temperature and hu- midity have significant influence on the dimensional stability of wheat-straw fiberboard. In the testing range, the dimen- sional stability decreases with increasing temperature and humidity.
