长白山区杓兰属植物的种子微形态特征

摘　　要：应用光镜及扫描电镜对分布于长白山区的杓兰属(Cypripedium Linn.)植物,包括3个种8个不同类型的种子微形态进行了观察研究,结果表明:8种杓兰属植物在种子形状、颜色、大小、千粒质量和表面纹饰等方面既有共性又存在差异,大花杓兰(Cypripedium macranthum Sw.)的种子为长卵形,东北杓兰(Cypripedium ventricosumSw.)、杓兰(Cypripedium calceolus L.)的种子为狭长纺锤形,它们的种皮表面均为网状纹饰。不同种及类型间也存在种子的微形态差异。An experiment was conducted to study the microstructure features of eight types of seeds with different sepal colors from three species of genus Cypripedium distributed in Changhai Mountains with LM （ light microscope） and SEM （ scan- ning electron microscope）. Results show that the eight types of Cypripedium seeds have both commonness and differences in seed shape, color, size, 1 000-seed weight and surface ornamentation. C. macranthum seeds are long ovate, while C. ventricosum and C. calceolus seeds are narrow-fusiform, and their ornamentations are both reticular. The micromorphologi- cal differences of seeds exist among different species and types of Cypripedium.
