雷州黑羽鸭外貌特征及体型性状的主成分分析

摘　　要：本研究通过对60只雷州黑羽鸭进行外貌特征观察及体尺测量,并应用主成分分析法对其9个主成分进行统计分析,旨在评估雷州黑羽鸭的种质资源并为其选育提供参考。研究表明:雷州黑羽鸭是通体以黑色为基色,结构匀称,体躯狭长、紧凑结实,喙长颈细的小型鸭。其公母鸭在体型上存在较大的差异,且不同体型性状之间呈现不同程度的相关,公鸭以体重与体斜长的相关性最高,母鸭则以胫长与半潜水长的相关性最高。公母鸭的9个体型性状均可简化为4个主成分(累计贡献率分别达80.722%和83.603%)。To assess Leizhou black duck＇s germplasm resources, their appearance characteristics were observed, meanwhile, measurement and principal component analysis of 60 ducks＇ 9 body type traits were analyzed. The results showed that Leizhou black duck was a well-proportioned small duck with black feathers, long black beak and black shin. There were differences in shape between male and female ducks. And the body type traits had correlation in different extents, especially the relationship between weight and body length of male ducks, and the relationship between weight and half-diving depth of female ducks. It also indicated that 9 body type traits could be simplified to 4 principal components （occupied 80.722% and 83.603% of total information amount） for the male and female.
