摘  要:表面粗糙度评定算法及系统的实现是表面形貌测量方法应用的关键。针对这一问题,首先对比分析了表面粗糙度评定中高斯滤波和B样条小波分解两种算法。在此基础上基于MATLAB GUI(Graphical Us-er Interfaces,GUI)研究并实现了表面粗糙度评定系统;实验和分析表明,实现的两种滤波方法均能满足表面形貌分析的精度要求,所实现的系统直观易用、结果可靠。Surface roughness evaluation algorithm and system implementation is the key factor of the application of surface morphology measurement.Comparative analysis of both Gaussian filtering and B Spline wavelet decomposition algorithms is present firstly to illustrate their numerical characteristics in the application to surface roughness evaluation.On this basis,a surface roughness evaluation system is developed by MATLAB GUI.Measurement and analysis showed that the two filtering methods can meet the accuracy requirements of surface morphology analysis,and the developed system has the advantages such as data visualization and result reliability.
