多维评价医德档案体系的建立及应用

摘　　要：利用信息技术,建立多维评价的医德档案体系,从而客观、公正、全面地对医务人员工作和业绩进行评价,并通过合理、科学、规范的运作机制,充分运用到医院管理中,发挥医德档案在推进医德医风建设、构建惩防体系和促进医患关系持续好转的积极作用。We establish archives of the multi-dimensional evaluation of the medical ethics of the healthcare professionals, by using information technology, for the objective, fair and comprehensive evaluation of the work and achievements of health professionals and integrate such archives into hospital management in a rational and scientific way, giving play to the role of medical ethics archives in the promotion of medical ethics and better patient doctor relationship and the establishment of an awarding and penalty system.
