摘　　要：随着我国经济转轨和医疗改革的逐步深入,人力资源管理已成为医院管理的重中之重。本文通过对医院人力资源管理的内涵和现状进行了分析并提出了相应的管理措施。With the gradual deepening of China＇s economic transition and health care reform, human resources management has become a top priority of the hospital management. This paper analyzes the connotation and the status quo of human resource management of hospital and proposes corresponding management measures.
