摘 要:持水率传感器是生产测井中检测油井中原油持水率的关键装置。为了解决常规持水率计在高含水条件下分辨率低的问题,分析了传输线上电磁波的传播特性,推导了在混合波模式下传输线终端电磁波幅度和相位与介电常数的关系,从理论上说明了基于电磁波幅度特性检测介电常数方法的不可行性和基于电磁波相位特性检测介电常数的可行性。在此基础上进行了实验研究,实验结果与理论分析一致,相关的数据和结论对后续阵列成像电磁波持水率传感器的结构设计有实际参考价值。Water holdup sensor is key unit in production logging which is used to detect water holdup of crude oil in wells.In order to solve the problem of low resolution in the conventional water holdup instrument under the condition of high water content,propagation characteristic of electromagnetic wave on transmission line is analyzed,relationship between the dielectric constant and the amplitude and phase of electromagnetic wave at the end of the transmission line when it work under hybrid wave mode is deduced.The research shows that the method based on the amplitude character of the electromagnetic wave isn't feasible for measuring dielectric constant,but it can be measured by phase character.Experimental research is carried out on this basis,experimental results are consistent with the theoretical analysis,the relevant data and conclusion has practical reference value to the structural design of the subsequent array imaging electromagnetic wave water holdup sensor.
