生活目标对大学生心理健康的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨外部目标倾向对大学生心理健康问题的影响及其作用途径。方法采用整群抽样法,对山东某大学202名大学生进行问卷调查。结果①外部目标倾向显著正向预测大学生心理健康问题(重要性维度:β=0.27,△R2=0.07,P<0.01;可能性维度:β=0.20,△R2=0.04,P<0.01);②适应与焦虑在外部目标倾向对心理健康问题的影响中起部分中介作用(重要性维度:解释20%的变异;可能性维度:解释27%的变异)。结论高外部目标倾向易导致大学生的心理健康问题;高外部目标倾向会通过增加个体的焦虑进而导致心理健康问题。Objective To explore the influence and the mechanism of extrinsic goal orientation on college students＇ mental health.Methods A total of 202 college students from Jinan Shandong were collected.Using questionnaires to test their life goal,personality and mental health.Results ①Extrinsic goal orientation positively predicted mental health（for important dimension,△R2=0.07,P0.01;for possible dimension,△R2=0.04,P0.01）.②Adapt and anxiety trait played partial mediate effect in the influence of extrinsic goal orientation on college students＇ mental health（explains 20% variances for important dimension;explains 26% variances for possible dimension（△R2=0.04,P0.01）.Conclusion High external goals orientation easily leads to mental health problems of college students;High external goals orientation will through increasing individual anxiety to lead to mental health problems.
