摘　　要：目的:测定五合枸杞中7种微量营养素钾、钠、钙、镁、铁、锌、铜的含量。方法:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法和火焰原子发射光谱法测定待测元素的含量,选择国家小麦粉成分分析标准物质GBW(E)100195用作量值和质量监控标准,并验证测定方法的可靠性。结果:测得五合枸杞中7种微量营养素含量分别为钾29 807 mg.kg-1、钠11 250 mg.kg-1、钙375.25 mg.kg-1、镁108.74 mg.kg-1、铁98.205 mg.kg-1、锌62.056 mg.kg-1、铜8.227 3 mg.kg-1。结论:该测定法简便快捷、回收率好、准确度和精密度高。五合枸杞中7种微量营养素含量较高。Objective： To determine 7 kinds of micronutrients,namely potassium,sodium,calcium,magnesium,iron,zinc and copper in Wuhe wolfberry.Method： The contents were determined using flame atomic absorption spectrometry and flame atomic emission spectrometry.The nation standard substance GBW（E）100195 used in the component analysis of wheat flour was applied to determine the reliability of th methods.Result： The content of the 7 micronutrients were as follows： potassium of 29 807 mg·kg-1,sodium of 11 250 mg·kg-1,calcium of 375.25 mg·kg-1,magnesium of 108.74 mg·kg-1,iron of 98.205 mg·kg-1,zinc of 62.056 mg·kg-1 and copper of 8.227 3 mg·kg-1.Conclusion： The determination methods are quick and accurate with high recovery and precision.The contents of micronutrients in Wuhe wolfberry are promising.
