摘　　要：天然异龄林价值的主要影响因素是树种结构、径级结构、蓄积水平和地利等级。在考察上述影响因素的基础上,建立天然异龄林市场比较法可比案例选择的评价指标体系,率先在森林资源资产评估中引入可拓优度评价法进行可比案例选择的研究。实例应用表明,采用该法进行可比案例选择是合理可行的,对建立和完善天然异龄林评估理论体系与技术方法具有重要意义。Tree species structure, diameter class structure, stock level and site quality grade are the main factors of affecting the value of natural uneven-aged forest. Accordingly the evaluation index system of the selection of comparative cases in the market com- parison approach for natural uneven-aged forest are established, and the extensible superiority evaluation method is firstly introduced to the selection research of comparative cases in the forest resources asset evaluation. The results of case study show that selecting comparative cases with that method is reasonable and feasible, and it is of great significance to establish and perfect the evaluation system and technical methods for natural uneven-aged forest.
