高校教师人际关系现状及对策分析

摘　　要：和谐人际关系是每个人生活的需求,高校教师的人际关系尤其不可忽视,由于高校教师自身自我意识强、典型的"独角智力活动"等特点,增加了高校教师人际关系的难度,为改善高校教师人际关系,高校、教师自身以及社区应共同努力,为高校教师创造一个和谐的环境,进一步促进高等教育事业健康发展。Harmonious interpersonal relationship is needed by everyone in daily life, and college teachers＇ interpersonal relationship can＇t be ignored in particular. The characteristics such as college teachers＇ strong self-consciousness and typical single horn intellectual activity and so on increase the difficulty of college teachers＇ interpersonal relationship the difficulty of college teachers＇ interpersonal relationship. Colleges, teachers and communities should work hard to create a harmonious interpersonal relationship for college teachers and further promote the healthy development of higher education.
