摘　　要：面对信息技术的飞速发展和市场竞争的不断加剧,企业、高校和科研院所等研发主体都意识到自身力量在集群协同创新系统中的局限,意识到R&D组织对集群核心竞争力的影响,基于R&D联盟的虚拟研发组织也由此应运而生并迅速在中部各省落地生根。山西省在产业集群与学科集群协同创新方面积累了一定的经验,通过实例及策略分析,以期对中原经济区建设提供有益的借鉴。With the rapid development of information technology and the growing competition in the market, enterprise, universi- ty, research Institute and other research subjects are aware of the limitations of their own strength in the cluster collaborative innovation system, aware of the R＆D organizations impact on the cluster~ core competitiveness. Virtual R＆D organization based on the R＆D alli- ance came into being and quickly put down roots in the central provinces.
