摘　　要：当前,国内外社会环境与教育环境均处于剧烈变化阶段,我国的高校思想政治教育工作也因此面临着严峻挑战。以高校思想政治教育的基本内涵和社会功能为切入点,对高校思想政治教育工作所面临的困境进行考察,从加强高校校园文化建设和创新社会实践教学两个方面着手厘清其创新路径,并及时转变高校思想政治教育的工作思路,不仅是我国高校思想政治工作亟需解决的一个现实问题,同时也是其全面、协调、健康发展的迫切需求。At present, the social environment at home and abroad and educational environment are experiencing dramatic chan- ges. China~ ideological and political education work is facing serious challenges. Basic connotation of the ideological and political edu- cation and social functions are applied as the starting point to examine the difficulties faced by the ideological and political education work in a timely manner to clarify its path of innovation, that is, strengthen the construction of campus culture and innovative social practice teaching. These two start changing the ideological and political education work ideas. This is not only a realistic problem faced by Chinas ideological and political work but also urgent needs for its comprehensive, coordinated and healthy development.
