摘 要:如何改进薪酬制度一直是企业关注的重点,通过分析企业薪酬制度改革的现状与出现的问题,提出了薪酬制度的设计思路,并且以岗位薪酬制度为例,给出了薪酬制度设计的流程,为企业薪酬制度的改革提供一定的参考。How to improve the salary system has always been a major concern of enterprises.The paper chooses the present salary system of enterprises as the subject,analyzes the present situation in the reform of salary system,probes into the problems occurred to explore some countermeasures.On the ground of that,a new design is put forward to optimize the present system.And a specific design process is illustrated by taking post salary system as an example so as to provide practical reference for the reform of salary system in enterprises.
