摘 要:学生对会话话轮的掌控,决定着学生在大学英语课堂上的参与程度和课堂教学的活跃程度,也影响着学生学习的态度和投入学习的热情。因此,了解学生对课堂话轮的控制情况对促进大学英语教学有重要意义。本文通过对真实语料的观察分析,发现学生在大学英语精读课堂上不能控制话轮的启动,很少主动控制话轮的分配,对话轮的内容和替换次数的控制程度则受制于教师的教学目的和问题类型。College students' control of speech turns in college English classes determines how well they are involved and how active a lesson is conducted.Students' study attitudes and commitment are also somewhat impacted.Therefore,it is of great significance for English teachers to gain some insight into students' control of speech turns.Through observation and analysis of spontaneous data from real classroom activities,it is found out that students do not set off a turn.They rarely voluntarily allocate the turn.What's more,the teacher's academic goals and question types are determinants of what students will say in a turn and how often they exchange their turns.
