茶籽油对兔眼底动脉血管的形态学变化比较研究

摘　　要：目的:研究茶籽油对兔眼底动脉血管的形态学变化的影响。方法:20只新西兰大白兔随机分为4组即3个试验组(分别喂食添加茶籽油、花生油、橄榄油的高脂饲料)和对照组(喂食普通饲料),分别喂养2个月。实验前、实验1个月和实验2个月时分别从兔耳静脉抽血检测血脂。实验结束以后,处死动物,取眼底动脉标本,做病理组织切片,观察组织形态学的变化,用图像分析软件分析血管粥样硬化的程度。结果:喂养高脂饲料的3组大白兔眼底动脉血管都发生了不同程度的增生。花生油组血管内皮细胞增生较重,约占管壁的30%～50%。茶籽油组和橄榄油组血管内皮细胞轻微增生,约占管壁的5%～8%。结论:茶籽油和橄榄油对高脂饲料诱发的眼底动脉血管变性和粥样硬化作用较小,它们的作用效果与目前消费量最大的花生油相比则有显著差异。本研究对于日常的油类饮食提供了科学参考数据,同时对糖尿病患者眼底病变的预防的营养康复有一定的指导意义。Objective. To study morphological changes of fundus artery of tea-seed oil treated rab- bit. Methods. A total of 20 New Zealand rabbits were divided randomly into 4 groups. Rabbits in 3 treat- ment groups were fed with tea-seed oil, peanut oil, olive oil and high fat diet, while the control group were fed with normal diet for two months. The level of lipids was detected respectively from the rabbit ear vein blood at 0,1 and 2 months during the feeding. In the end of the experiment, the animals were sacrificed and fundus artery was taken. Pathological tissue section was made to observe the histological changes. The level of vascular atherosclerosis was analyzed by image analysis software. Results. Rabbits fed with high fat diets had different degrees of hyperplasia in fundus artery. Peanut oil group had heavy vascular endothelial cell proliferation accounting for 30%-50% of the tube wall, while the tea-seed oil and olive oil group were in mild accounting for 5%-8% of ocular fundus artery vascular degeneration and significantly different from that of peanut oil, study provides scientific reference for the daily tube wall. Conclusions. Tea-seed oil and olive oil can relief atherosclerosis induced by high fat diet. Their effects are which is currently consumed in a largest quantity. This oil diet, and is helpful for prevention and nutritional reha-bilitation for diabetic patients and angiosis patients.
