摘　　要：文章采用文献资料法、观察法以及运动生物力学分析法,对篮球运动员的投篮技术进行三维录像及解析,分析了运动员的各主要运动关节运动特征、投篮手动作以及球的运动特征。研究表明运动员只有在投篮时处理好上下肢的协调用力、出手点高度和角度以及球出手瞬间动作的关系,才能真正提高投篮的命中率。研究结果将为提高广大教练员、运动员的篮球教学、训练水平提供有益的理论依据。By utilizing the literature method, observation method and biodynamic analysis, the shooting skills of basketball athletes are analyzed based on the 3-D videos, and the characteristics of the move- ments of athletes＇ knee joints, hands and the motion of the bali are investigated. It is demonstrated that as long as the relationship among the coordination of the exerting of upper and lower limbs, the height and angel of shooting hands and the movements of shooting the ball is well balanced, the hit rate of shooting will be greatly improved. The conclusions obtained from this study will provide the theoretical instruction for the coaches and athletes in the basketball teaching and training.
