摘　　要：回顾我国财务管理实验教学的发展现状,在分析了目前存在的主要问题后,借鉴情境学习理论和仿真实验技术,构建了财务管理综合仿真实验体系,同时重点讨论了案例分解与任务驱动、经营模拟扩展、科学评价三种关键技术,为财务管理实验创建了动态的、开放的业务仿真环境,有利于培养学生个人业务能力、团队协同能力和创新精神。After the review of the the current main problems in exp constructed based on the situated including case deconstruction and development status of financial management experimental teaching and the analysis of erimental teaching, a comprehensive simulation system for financial management was learning theory and simulation technology. Besides, three relative key technologies task-driven, business simulation expansion, and scientific evaluation were discussed. The system created a dynamic and open simulation environment which facilitated the cultivation of operational capacity, team collaboration capacity, and innovative spirit of students in financial management experiment environment.
