摘　　要：开放式创新型实验教学新模式是大学生创新精神、创业意识和创业能力培养的新途径,是深化教育教学改革的需要,对高校深化实验(实践)教育教学改革和提高人才培养质量具有重大的现实意义和长远的战略意义,有利于建立多层次、立体化的开放式实验教育体系并在培养具有创新精神、创业意识和创业能力的应用型人才培养中发挥重要作用。设计构建开放式创新型实验体系,包括实验框架设计、教学体系重塑,教学模式革新,探索开展开放式.创新型实验的规律和具体操作模式,以推动实验(实践)教学改革。The open an innovative experimental teaching mode is a novel way to cultivate the innovative spirits, the entrepreneurial awareness and entrepreneurial skills of students, It is also the requirement of the deepening of the educational reform, which is of great practical significance and long-term strategic significance in the deepening of the reform of experimental （practice） education and in the improvement of the cultivation of students＇ practice ability. This paper elaborated on the construction of an open and innovative experimental teaching system for economy and management majors, including the design of the experimental framework, the reshape of the teaching system, and the reform of the teaching mode.
