摘　　要：网络行政是在技术网络催生社会组织形态由孤立的科层制向复杂的网络化形态转变、并产生全球化效应的环境中,政府公共行政过程中政务的判断与推行。网络行政的提出将改变当前公共行政领域对网络一词的狭义理解,厘清信息技术在公共行政领域中的实际作用,进而引发新的理论探讨和实践探索。Networked administration is managing the public affairs in information society,especially which social organization transformed isolation bureaucracy into networked forms and spreaded over the world.Thus the developing of networked administration change the narrow understanding of network in public administration,explain the effectiveness of informational technologies in public management.Further more,networked administration lead to the new research in public management and the alternative attempts in practicing.
