介入科医院感染的预防控制监测与管理措施

摘　　要：目的预防和控制医院感染,降低患者介入手术后感染率,提高介入手术室医疗及护理管理质量。方法由专人负责每月定期对介入科手术区物体表面、医护人员手、空气及使用的消毒液进行细菌学监测。结果2006-2010年共检测标本240份,其中物体表面、医护人员手及使用的消毒液合格率均为100.0%,空气合格率98.3%,总合格率为99.6%。结论介入科手术治疗室是医院感染的主要危险因素之一,对介入手术室工作环境定期进行监测,按标准要求落实各项工作责任,是预防控制医院感染、减少手术后并发症的主要措施。OBJECTIVE To prevent and control nosocomial infections,reduce nosocomial infections after interventional surgery and improve the medical and nursing management quality.METHODS The bacteriological surveillance was conducted by the medical staff who took charge of the object surface,hands of medical staff,the air and the disinfectants.RESULTS A total of 240 samples were detected during 2006-2010,the qualified rates of the object surface,medical staff and the disinfectants were all 100.0%,the qualified rate of the air was 98.3%,the overall qualified rate was 99.6%.CONCLUSION The interventional radiology operating room is one of the major risk factors of nosocomial infections;to regular monitor the working environment of the interventional operating room and assign the work responsibility in accordance with the standard requirements is crucial to the prevention and control of nosocomial infections as well as the reduction of complications after the surgery.
